I know probably no one reads this anymore, or even has me listed as a friend, because it's been years since I've posted anything, but I feel there is something I have to say. I talk alot, but rarely about myself. It is not a big stretch for me to say that there arent very many people, and by that I mean no one who really knows or understand me. Don't get me wrong, some people know alot of the story, but no one knows everything. I find this gets me in trouble when people who assume that they understand me come across information that makes them reassess who they think I am. It kills me to see how this amazing temple of my image is destroyed in their eyes, but it is a sham that I can't keep afloat forever. I know many people think of me as a rational human being who has limitless patience with people, but I am just as impulsive and ill-tempered as everyone else. I get frustrated and angry, impatient, tired, oh so much else, I just do it in my room alone, or sometimes to the people I am closest with. I am a very private person, and I don't appreciate when people intentionally violate my privacy. When hear something or read something I said second hand, you don't understand the context, the tone of voice, or anything that was going on. You don't understand what I meant, what I didn't mean, or what I was trying to accomplish. Im not a perfect person, I would never pretend to be that. And I know somepeople see me like that, and I wish they didn't because its impossible for me to convey that image forever.

I got in a pretty vicious car accident two years ago, where both my car and the car that hit me were totaled. He hit me about 2 feet in from of he drivers side door going 60 or so miles an hour. It wasn't particularly near-death, because I walked away, but two feet farther back and I wouldn't have been walking thats for sure.

I had the best weekend ever. We won both games the pep band was at, which was nice, but the best parts where the fact that Sunday morning I officially became a brother of Kappa Kappa Psi. Brother #118, "Good Sport". I thoroughly enjoyed the MC process but Im not lying when I say, Im glad its over now. Despite what he seems to think sometimes, Chris was a great big brother and I hope when I have littles someday I can be half as good a big to them as he has been to me. Im excited to head off to Buffalo this weekend, I can't wait. I got to spend some quality time with Sarah this weekend as well. That was awesome too. Everything was awesome. Today is going well too. If you can't tell, Im kinda excited and a little jumpy, cause Ive had about oh 12 hours of sleep since thursday, so Im kinda running on empty and going a little nuts. But whatever. Im ecstatic.

Enough things have happened since my last update that I figured I should probably put a new one up. I got bumped up to first chair in symphonic band cause Bobby got called up to wind symphony. Im kinda excited. I get a solo in Shennendoah and such which will be nice. Im splitting lead alto in the Bratton band with Eric, and Ive got a few solos in that one as well. So Ive really got a chance to get myself out there and show everyone I can actually play. After my run of not getting sick at all first semester, it seems Im sick pretty much constantly now. Not so much fun. Hopefully sometime this week I will be initiated into the brotherhood of Kappa Kappa Psi, which I am looking forward to quite a bit. Ive been in the process for a long, long time and I can see the end of the tunnel. Let me see, what else? Oh right, Im still dating the greatest girl in the world, and basically every morning I have to convince myself that I didnt just wake up from a two month long dream. She is that amazing. I guess that is about it. Im done rambling for now. Have a nice evening everyone!

Well Im all done with break and I start classes tomorrow. Was is a very exciting and action packed break? Not so much. Was it the best winter break I've ever had? Yeah, pretty much. I did some work for my mum, and the Pats lost, which was a bummer, but I had a really good time hanging out with folks a few times. And I got to spend alot of time with Sarah, which was really great. I feel like this semester is starting out a whole lot better than the last one, and I hope its going to continue on this path. We will see tomorrow how its going I guess once I get my first day of new classes under my belt. Bye for now.

So I had one of my best new years in a very long time. I had a great night with Sarah, who continues to amaze me everytime I see her. It took me two hours to get home from Nashua though, cause the roads are a freaking mess, which is pretty ridiculous considering we got like an inch and a half of snow. So this entry is short cause its four in the morning, and im freaking tired.

Well early tomorrow afternoon my first semester of college comes to a close. Am I totally happy how did in my classes? Not really, I could have done better, but considering all the stuff I had to do and such, Im not that disappointed, I live to try another semester. Socially, Ive made so many new friends, I can't even count them all. I'm starting to feel like I have place here, and it's really exciting for me. I love Kappa Kappa Psi, and I really hope I have what it takes to become a brother in the spring, because I love what they stand for, and I also love their company. Then of course there is Sarah, who I am going to miss most when I go back home, (Sorry Aaron and Eric). Nashua is both close and far at the same time. I mean its not like she lives in Kansas or something where it would be impossible to see her, but Nashua isn't that close to Exeter, especially with her working alot. Well Ill figure it out. I can't wait to see everyone in a couple days, Im looking forward to hearing all the stories you guys have about what you've been up to these past couple months. Oh right, and a couple hours ago I was at the Clark Terry Concert, and man was that amazing. He may be 85 but he is still as good as any trumpet or flugelhorn alive. Oh and he is hilarious to boot. Congrats Dr. Terry on 85 years.

What a day. A really great day. Im in an extrememly good mood. Pretty much nothing could bring me down at this point. Sarah is a great person, and she is smart, not to mention gorgeous, and I couldnt feel better about all this. Congrats to my Big, Chris, as well.
